I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The customer service was top-notch, with all the staff being incredibly attentive and helpful. The suite I stayed in had a breathtaking view and was spotlessly clean. I loved the little touches like fresh towels and bathrobes provided daily, and even sparkling wine for breakfast. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a wide selection of food including freshly made scrambled eggs. The wellness area was beautiful, with great saunas and an outdoor hot tub. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby High Tatras. this place made my holiday very special.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

the staff was helpful, the room was comfortable. the views were spectacular. ski museum is just 1 mile away, we could easily reach it.

Despite the chilly season, the hotel’s decorations filled the atmosphere with a cozy Christmas vibe. The breakfast spread was rather good with a range of delicious pastries and hot drinks. the hotel’s location offered easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
The heating system in the room was without controls, so the room was always too hot or too cold. Even though the spa facilities were well maintained, there was never any room to book a treatment, much less, availability for a Spa reservation.

Beautiful surroundings, great spa I loved the beautiful location of this hotel, surrounded by stunning mountains. the spa was also great, with relaxing saunas and a nice pool. the breakfast was decent too.
Not very adult, friendly Unfortunately, this hotel was advertised as being adult, friendly but there were quite a lot of children around, making it less relaxing. the room was quite warm and there was no air, conditioning available, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
